Our services

Designing and delivering
your bespoke programme
of engagement

Timeline

We carefully blend provision of content around the constraints of the school year – adapting levels of outreach engagement based on the changing demands from one year group to another.
We also deliver communication and outreach activity when roles are being released, this helps to help maximise exposure and provide additional outreach to schools and communities where needed or when applications are low.

Introduction

Raising your company profile in defined communities

The objective of our Introduction service is primarily to amplify and raise awareness of your business, relevant and pending employment opportunities, the application process and benefits of employment.

In a bid to maximise exposure and specifically with the objective of increasing diversity and social mobility within the applicant pool, we have developed a multiple channel approach to boost awareness and visibility.

During implementation, our team will design and build a detailed communication plan, delivered over an agreed timeline that will deliver multiple points of engagement through a variety of channels. These communications are designed to engage with the schools and heads of careers, the students and also parents.

What the multiple-channel engagement plan can include

We can build an engagement strategy which will include a combination of phone contact, email communication, monthly newsletters, e-fliers, provision of video content, organisation and facilitation of webinars, access to match-me-tools and practice assessments amongst other forms of engagement.

Interaction

Content delivered by person, in person

Where the majority of engagement provided through Introduction is delivered remotely, Interaction is delivered in person, within the schools and colleges by our network of coaches. Through our knowledge and long-standing relationships with schools and colleges around the country, we are in the unique position to be able to build, deliver and co-ordinate programmes.

Employability sessions are usually delivered in conjunction with representatives from our clients and provide snapshots of their business, what a ‘day in the life’ might look like, training and progression, core functions and opportunities. These sessions typically last 40 minutes.

Though more generalist by nature, our consultants build and deliver client centric content that raises confidence and capability in our skills workshops.  We have developed a broad range of topics that can reflect core competencies or skillsets required within the recruitment process. These sessions typically last 50-60 minutes.

A selection of the workshops we deliver:

  • Collaboration/Team work
  • Personal Responsibility
  • Problem solving
  • CV Writing Masterclass
  • Communication Skills
  • All about Me
  • Financial Awareness
  • Interview Preparation Hints & Tips
  • Resilience
  • Recruitment Process

Intervention

Levelling the playing field

Working in close collaboration with our clients (and at times their recruitment partners), we are able to flag specific schools, genders or ethnicities so that when a candidate from a specified group applies, it triggers an automatic action to intervene in their application process.

These interventions provide additional support and engagement throughout the recruitment process at key points where typically  candidates might ‘fall out’ of the process and can correlate to a more diverse and committed applicant pool. Depending on geography and numbers, these interventions are delivered through a blend of interaction either by phone and/or in person.
