Our services
Progressing from education into the world of work can often be a scary or daunting prospect. Knowing and understanding what opportunities are available, what career choices may be suitable, the recruitment process, the technology utilised, the timelines and critically, company expectations can make a huge difference in both the speed and ease of securing employment. The School Outreach Company was founded with this specific purpose.
In the majority of cases, large employers engage our services to target schools and colleges that are in their local proximity as a way of promoting and raising awareness of school leaver or apprenticeship opportunities. We also use this engagement as a way of upskilling and supporting candidates with the recruitment process.
Our workshops
Each year we deliver hundreds of employability and career readiness sessions to thousands of students throughout the UK. These sessions help break down the barriers between those in education and the organisations looking to engage with them.
Beyond raising awareness of pending opportunities in specific areas and then what the application process may involve, we also provide a large number of employability sessions and skills workshops to upskill and help prepare students.
